The aromas in this 2019 Barbera include sweet tobacco, black plums, craisins, and brandy. On the palate, there are notes of dark chocolate, plums, and alllspice. This wine would make a delicious pairing with Barbera braised short ribs.

2019 Chardonnay

This Chardonnay expresses aromas of asian pear, lemon custard and vanilla. On the palate, there are notes of lemon, caramel, coconut and golden apple. We suggest pairing this wine with a scallop risotto in a saffron cream sauce with lemon zest.

2019 Montepulciano

Tasting Notes

In this newly released wine, you will find aromas of cherry cola, black plums, blueberries, nutmeg,and cocoa powder. On the palate, there are notes of blackberries, dark chocolate, sweet tobacco and chocolate covered blueberries. We suggest pairing this with a crispy skin duck breast with a dry-aged sherry and peppercorn reduction. 

2019 Negrette

This Negrette has notes of hoisin, pomegranate, espresso, cocoa powder, and molasses on the nose. On the palate you will find chocolate cherries, sweet tobacco, black plums, and allspice. We suggest pairing this wine with a coffee rubbed smoked tri-tip.

2019 Sangiovese

The aromas in the Sangiovese are filled with black plums, bubble gum, cherry cola, and black licorice. On the palate you taste black cherries, figs, nutmeg, and violets. We suggest pairing this wine with sweet and spicy glazed chicken wings.

2021 Cabernet Franc

The aromas in the Cabernet Franc are filled with dried roses, leather, cigar leaf, and black plums. On the palate you taste rose petals, dark cherries, sweet tobacco and green peppercorns. We suggest pairing this versatile wine with your Thanksgiving dinner. Its medium body will hold up to poultry and it's spice notes will pair perfectly with all of the sides.  If you can't wait for Thanksgiving it will pair really well with a filet mignon with a peppercorn sauce. 

2021 Grenache

In this 2021 Grenache, you will find notes of strawberries, raspberries, and cocoa powder on the nose. On the palate, there are notes of chocolate cherries, plums, and sweet tobacco. This is the lightest Grenache that we have made. We would suggest serving it slightly chilled and paired with chicken enchiladas in a red sauce. 

2021 Reserve Pinot Noir

In this 2021 Reserve Pinot Noir, there are aromas of cherries, raspberry jelly, cocoa powder and allspice. On the palate, flavors of cherry compote, cherrry cola, and allspice open up in the glass. Pair this bright wine with a smoked five spice duck breast with a cherry and plum sauce.

2023 Albarino

Tasting Notes

This 2023 Albarino has notes of lime zest, guava and white nectarine on the nose. On the palate, there are notes of honeysuckle, lime zest with a hint of sea salt. We suggest pairing this white wine with a mixed seafood ceviche.
