Tasting Notes:

The 2019 Boudoir is a beautifully balanced wine with notes of blueberries, tobacco leaf, coco and cola. On the palate this wine is dry with soft tannings and fruit notes filled with blueberries, figs and black plums. We suggest pairing this wine with a peppered New York steak and a reduction of Alara's blackberry balsamic vinegar.
