Tasting Notes

This is our first ever Vermentino. It’s perfect for the warm weather we’ve been having. This light crisp wine has aromas of lime zest and green apple with grapefruit, limestone, and citrus notes on the palate. We’d suggest pairing this with a grilled lemon herbed halibut with a finishing drizzle of Alara’s Italian Herb Olive Oil.
