Tasting Notes

This Reserve Pinot was aged in 100% New French Oak. On the nose there are bursts of red fruit, cherries, plums, rasberry yogurt and cola. On the palate dances baking spices, nutmeg, cocoa, and red plums. We suggest pairing this with an elk filet with a cherry balsamic sauce.
